Thought I’d paid for hotel up front

Room was not on low floor as requested, two single beds not a double, food was not great , no entertainment , gym looked like never been used dusty and no air con , wanted to charge $ 3 for 20 min! Table lamp broken and tried to say I broke it , shower no pressure , generally tatty hotel needs refurbishing. Staff not very helpful .

최악의 숙소

최악 체크인시간은 30분이지났으나 반응이 없어 다시 리셉션에 얘기한뒤에나 이루어졌고 룸서비스는 3번 이용 햄버가하나오는데 1시간30분은걸렸고 한번은 까먹고 안가져오는대다가 테라스문은 열리지도않아서 사람을 두번이나 불러야 했다

mit ophold på sharm holiday har været dejligt, hjælpsomt personale, ligger tæt på byen, alligevel kan man ikke høre byen. De har en dejlig koralstrand ude ved hadaba hvor deres bus henter og bringer os. jeg takker hotelet for to dejlige uger og vender helt sikker tilbage igen.Venligst Anette hvingelby nielsen
