Couldn’t be worse

Very old poor hotel. Rooms, facilities and landscape are completely deteriorated. Unfriendly staff with the exception of the reception desk officer (Anas). Food was terrible, especially the breakfast where you may stand in a long cue waiting to fill the empty bowls of the very few variety. Main restaurant is far of being tidy. No green grass at gardens, as they’ve burned out of heat and no one cared to renew. Such hotel should be out of operation till complete renovation and never to get recommended.

Worst 5 star hotel ever

The room at the hotel is big and clean and very comfort there is no kettle like any 5 star hotel, anything outside the room is so bad, the worst food i have ever eat in my life the restaurant is 1 star hotel restaurant, the service overall is very bad, when i checked out i ask the guys to take my bag to the reception for more than an hour they didn't bring it and i have to go back to my room to take the bags otherwise i will miss my flight, never ever go back to this hotel

الفندق من اسواء فنادق شرم الشيخ واستحالة يكون ٥ نجوم دا لو اخد نجمة يبقي كتير علية الشاطئ ليس رنلي حممات السباحة مقبولة الخدمة ضعيفة جدا الموقع مقبول الغرف غير صالحة للسكن كل حاجة بها قديمة من العصر البطليموسي الاكل سئ جدا لا انصح احد بالاقامة في الفندق
