The grounds are exceptional. Overall, the premises are great. Rooms could do with some love and good was not as good as the hype, a little disappointing in reality. 5 star grounds, 4 4-star amenities, 3-star food and rooms. The concierge was excellent. The surrounding area wasn't nice

Like all Four Seasons, is a beautiful property. However, dining was sub par (at all restaurants) and the 30 percent tax and service charge on EVERYTHING made it poor value for money
