Absolutely loved our stay here in March hotel is great & staff are amazing, so friendly & helpful. Guys on reception were very welcoming when we checked in & our swim up room is huge, love it so much space although water is freezing. Bed is massive & really comfy & grounds are immaculate. Ramadan our room man keeps everything spotless. Food is excellent at all the restaurants & waiters very friendly & attentive. Essam does the best eggs & bacon for breakfast. Loved drinking at the bars & the guys have been great & had really good laugh. Special mention for Shady, Michael & Mohamed Aymeh. Would highly recommend hotel & plan to return.

Good, but not a 5 star hotel

This is a good hotel which, now being 20 years old, is showing a few signs of its age. Only small things, but certainly some of the upkeep falls short of a 5*experience. The staff work hard to make you feel welcome and assist wherever possible. Pool staff are efficient and always happy to speak with you. Plenty of poolside sunbeds, all with good mattresses. Pool towels changed daily, although the water in the unheated pools was freezing (in January). Beach was ok; gritty sand. Poor quality sunbeds and mats; definitely not 5* in this area. Small bay that is only waist deep at best, so not much scope for swimming, but safe for small children. Food on the whole was good, but a bit repetitive, as often the case with mass all inclusive catering. Breakfast very lacking unless you just want eggs and pastries. Limited lunch options and a very limited choice of what to eat at the pool and beach restaurants. Asian and Indian a la carte were excellent, in terms of voice and taste. Good quality evidently can be achieved if they want to. American Diner was ok too, but did not try the pay extra seafood restaurant. All inclusive drinks are all local and, to be frank, really not very good. Distinctly odd tasting and well below usual strength. Room was huge, bed rather lumpy, bathroom a bit dark but all acceptable (again, the finish, detailing etc were not to 5* standards. Overall a good stay, but closer to a 3* than 5*. Grounds/gardens were beautiful and well kept

First, I will say that this is a trip that I had planned for my son's 10th birthday. Upon checking in, it didn't feel welcoming as I was not greeted by the front desk clerk. The rooms were okay and the upkeep of the outside of the property was well-maintained; however, the food selection, food taste, food variety, and drinks were all very poor. I paid for all inclusive and I had to find food outside the property to be satisfied. At breakfast one morning, I asked for orange juice, and I was brought an orange drink. I was told that I had to pay if I wanted fresh orange juice. I even tried to order room service, because it seemed as if you pay for the food, the food would be better, but ordering room service was very frustrating because the person taking my order could not even understand me. This entire stay was very frustrating. Every restaurant that they had was a total disappointment, literally. Even for my son's birthday, reception called me a day prior because they knew I was disappointed. They informed me that they would provide a complimentary birthday cake for my son's birthday, and when I called requesting it the day of, that became another issuer, so we went off property to eat and celebrate. If you want a peaceful place to go that has horrible food and drinks with limited activities, then this is the place for you. Other than that, I would not recommend. Someone in management should be giving me some form of refund, seriously!

Otel askeri kamp gibi, sürekli mantıksız kurallar var, çimenlere basıp restorana girdiğinizde sürekli burası yol değil diye uyarılıyorsunuz. garsonların çok büyük kısmı aşırı kaba, sürekli azarlanıyorsunuz. Alkollü içecekler berbat ötesi, kendi yaptıkları tuhaf karışımlarla servis ediyorlar, her iyi yan otelde gece sahilde eğlence varken kapalı bir mekanda çocukların sahneye çıkmasına izin vermeyerek şarkı aoyluyorlar. Otelin mimarisi ve temizliği çok iyiydi. House keeping başarılıydı. Animasyon berbat, sadece ingiliz 3-5 kişiyi eğlendirmek için varlar. Resepsiyon bilgisiz, ucaga yetişmek için kaçta çıkmamız gerekiyor diyoruz check out 12 diyorlar.

Güzel otel!

Otel gerçekten harika. Öğle ve akşam yemekleri açık büfe çok zengin ve çok lezzetliydi. Herkese göre yiyecek bulmak mümkündü. Yalnızca bir Türk olarak yiyeceklerin yanında ayran bulamamak üzdü. Kahvaltıları daha çok italyan ve fransızlara hitap ediyordu. Bol bol hamur işi ve tatlı çeşitleri vardı. Öyle Türkiye’deki zengin peynir zeytin çeşitlerini, kızartmalar, yumurta yemekleri hiç aramayın. Havuzlar iyiydi. Swim up odada havuz sakin oluyor, yüzmek için de çok yeterli büyüklükte, biz beğendik. Plaj genel olarak iyi, çok sığ. Denizde yüzme gibi bir niyetiniz varsa zaten sharm çok uygun bir yer değil. Biz iskeleden bakarken kol kadar bir balon balığı görünce iskeleden de suya girme konusunda tereddüt yaşadık. Yine iskele altında aslan balıkları da gördük. Bu tarz konularda korkunuz yoksa denizi mükemmel. Çalışanlar genel olarak iyiler. Fakat çay istediğinizde yeşil çay, limonata istediğinizde gazoz gelmesine alışmak gerekiyor. Otelin geneli yabancı müşterilerden oluşuyordu, ve anladığımız kadarıyla italyanlar biraz ağırlıklı. Ama genel olarak rahat edebileceğiniz bir otel. Biz yeni evli çift olarak çocuksuz gittik fakat gördüğümüz kadarıyla daha çok çocuklu aileler tercih ediyordu. Aqua parkı idare ederdi. Hemen yanında Türkiye’den çok müşteri çeken riksosun içine de girdik. Ben açıkçası iki katı fiyat farkına deneceğini düşünmüyorum. Coral sea gayet başarılıydı. Yine sharm’a gidecek olsak Coral Sea’yı tercih edebiliriz

Siamo rimasti senza fiato! Non riusciamo a trovare altre parole per descrivere le emozioni che abbiamo provato durante il soggiorno.Tutto perfetto! La spiaggia enorme senza utizzo di scarpette adatta sia agli adulti ma soprattutto ai bimbi, divisa area adulti e bambini, ci sono anche tante piscine sia acqua calda che fredda!! Resort grandissimo.,cibo ottimo, buffet vastissimo dalla colazione al pranzo e cena, ritornero' sicuramente. Плюсы и минусы отеля

Как и в любом отеле тут есть плюсы и минусы. Из плюсов: • большой выбор вкусной еды, разнообразное меню, которое не особо надоедает, много ресторанов; • красивая и ухоженная территория; • вежливый персонал; • просторные номера с отличной кроватью; • хороший аквапарк. Из минусов: • отвратительный алкоголь (ещё хуже - их коктейли); • ледяные бассейны (кроме 2-х подогреваемых); • закрытие бассейнов уже к 16:00 (и это при их открытии в 11:00); • явно недостроенный понтон (пришлось плыть почти 30 минут по мелководью, чтобы добраться до рифа); • часть персонала была очень навязчива (могли разговаривать с тобой, когда ты в полудрёме отдыхаешь на шезлонге); • плохое состояние тренажёрного зала, очень мало даже базового оборудования; • почти полное отсутствие вечерних развлечений (даже дискотеки не было, только какие-то очень слабые шоу); • жлобская система с wi-fi (только 3 ГБ на человека за весь период отдыха). В целом могу сказать, что этот отель на 4 из 5. Минусы есть, но на большинство из них можно закрыть глаза и наслаждаться отдыхом. Потому отель могу рекомендовать.

Good resort far of city centre cheaper rooms best

Beautiful location and one of the biggest and better resorts in Sharm to stay at - access to the Aqua Park across a wide road is included for free too. We used the childrens water slide on site for my 4 year old son so did not use the water park ourselves. The rooms were nice and spacious with average noisy a/c system however my booking turned out as 2 single beds put together instead of a double as specifically stated on the booking which was fine on this occasion although paid extra for. The resorts main restaurant and pizzeria were the only ones we went to. Food options I would advise against the all inclusive option if like me you are not an alcohol drinker as drinks in this hotel were basically coke or 7up, hot drinks or foul squash. The large buffet was available for all 3 meal times. The big let down was a severe lack of fresh juices of any kind and fresh fruit at breakfast which is an essential for me whilst on holiday and waiter or table service was difficult to get albeit very good if you could get any. The Rooms were ok although the pool to the swim up rooms in the last week of Oct were quite cold - much warmer and nicer in the sea so a bit redundant. My son easily opened the patio and gate to pool all by himself just lucky he wore his lifejacket at all times. We were isolated in block 9 until the last day so had the room side pool to ourselves which was very nice indeed. We experienced a shower blockage which was cleared promptly but then reoccurred.
