Nice room but coffeemaker in he room was broken and the breakfast service closed at 9 am. We didn’t think to check because most are open until 9:30 or 10 am.

Staff was nice and breakfast was decent but the room….checked in super late with 3 small kids upon entering room we see the bed next to the AC unit had like little black flakes on it, it was so late we didn’t think much of it so just brushed it off and went to sleep. In the night the AC unit would not work so turned fan on. Realized in morning the AC unit was covered in thick nasty black mold. Not like a little in the corner but like COVERED. Whole family felt sick. Upon telling the front desk and then coming to look the maid comes by & sees us looking at the AC unit and she says “that one doesn’t work, no hot no cold” then when she looks at the mold she stops in her tracks “oh that’s bad, bad bad, no good” then turns around and walks out. The room was also covered in dog hair. We do not have a dog. Again things we did not realize checking in so late but to their attention in the morning. They said they could do nothing and gave us an email address to contact. It’s been days and no response yet, big surprise. Very concerning. Again we are not exaggerating, it was not a little corner of mold but literally covered in thick furry black mold!! We have pictures. So stay here at own risk. We felt so nasty leaving after having that fan blow in our and our small children’s face all night.

Not around for the breakfast. Staff was pleasant. All good just 2 mentions. 1- $30 charge for the dog is getting a bit much. And 2 , they could start breakfast at 5 for people who want to hit the road early.
