Light spacious lounge with 3 metre bifold doors opening onto large secure garden. Open plan kitchen/diner and large separate utility room. Underfloor heating as well as a cosy log burner in the lounge. Lots of parking. Great walking trails straight from your door as well as a restaurant in the village and another summer restaurant by a little lake. All in walking distance. Supermarket is 5 minutes drive.
Seytroux (74430) is a small village in France, 10 minutes from Morzine and 1 hour 15 minutes from Geneva airport. The ski area here is fantastic for families. Spring, summer and autumn are gorgeous with hiking, white water rafting, biking, lakes and much more . Great opportunity for a family wanting to experience life in France in the mountains.
