Great spot right in the heart of the old town. Short walk through cute alleyways to the Alcazar, cathedral, restaurants and shops. Nice roof deck pool for relaxing in between activities. If you’re bringing a car I’d recommend Parking Imagen which is about a 10-13 minute walk away. Other closer options were too narrow or too busy for an SUV.

I hardly ever leave reviews and we travel quite often. I was not pleased with this place. There were no blankets for our kids…I asked and asked and asked…with 1 rely being…”look on the bed” ….*sigh* Ants, stains, ect Location was good however no parking at all. I would stay here as there are many more options

We booked a Deluxe Duplex room. On the first level is a bedroom with an ensuite shower area, a separate toilet, small kitchen/dining area and a sofa bed in the living area. Up the narrow spiral stairway is another sofa bed and a combined shower/toilet. The terrace can be accessed from here. Space is just right for 4 people and finding room for the luggage was a bit tricky for the occupant of the upper room. We found a place for it under the stairs. Laundry facilities are located in the basement but we didn’t get to use them. This accommodation is neat and very handy to the Alcazar and the Cathedral and restaurants. It really is central to everything. Plaza Espanya, Setas, Calle Sierpes, Flamenco Museum are all walking distance from here. Irene allowed us in after we forgot to bring our key. So thankful that she’s contactable late at night. Highly recommended!

Nowhere to stop the car to unload luggage and non existent check-in desk, would have been easier if known this before our arrival! Nearby car park was full so had a challenge trying to park our vehicle. Accommodation was adorable! Really enjoyed location and comfortable property.

The room was very dark and the only windows opened out into the hotel lobby, not the outdoors. Although there was fresh air into the lobby from the atrium at the top, we had to keep windows closed because people coming and going in the lobby were very loud and sounded like they were in our room. The room smelled like mildew and nothing, including bath towels, would ever dry due to lack of air circulation. The sofa bed was broken and collapsed if any weight was put at the end of the bed. The loft bed creaked every time I moved at all, making me worried it would fall onto my daughter sleeping on the (broken) sofa bed beneath. And for the last 2 days of our stay, there was no hot water at all and no communication from the hotel staff about what was going on.

We had a bit of a set back checking in as there is no front desk. Once we called the number and they let us into the room, it was all good. Room was clean, towels were big and thick. Bathroom had a bit of a smell that I’ve smelled before in other hotels…must be a drainage issue. Room was clean, no daily housekeeping, bed not comfortable…no headboard and wall was cold and hard. The free washer and dryer downstairs was great! If you don’t need a kitchen, may not be worth the price. Very convenient to Cathedral, restaurants and shopping. A bit loud with balcony doors open but when closed-very quiet. Overall not a bad experience.

Le logement est très beau, très typique. Il est situé dans une petite ruelle à Santa Cruz, village très charmant. Tout est faisable à pieds, c'est très agréable. La piscine est de taille correcte pour un centre ville, pratique pour se rafraîchir entre deux activités. La réactivité sur WhatsApp est remarquable.

Hemos estado alojados dos.noches y la verdad que suelo.alojarme en mucho.hoteles y este tiene muchas cosas que mejorar. La.comunicacion con el.hotel ha sido buena ,pero la soluciona a.los.problemas ha sido muy mala. Teniamos un early checking y nos dijeron que si estaba disponible que ningun problema . Llegamos..alrededor de las.13 y tuvimos la suerte que entraba la.mujer de la.limpieza ,porque no habia nadie.en recepcion para entregar el.apartamento ni la llave de la.misma. La.mujer de.la.limpieza nos la.tuvo que entregar ,en conclusion que cobran el.precio de un hotel.pero el.servicio es muy malo. Tras revisar el.apartamento vimos que en la terraza de.apartamemto solo habia dos sillas y una de ellas rajada, tras come tarlo con el.hotel. nos dijeron que no podian reponerla hasta el.dia siguiente pero nunca lo hicieron. El.grifo.del lababo estaba suelto y tampoco lo arreglaron. Un desatre uya que pagas por.un servicio que no es correcto. Para acabar ofrecen parking que no tienen ( segun ellos.solo.tienen dos plazas y ahun llamando meses antes ya estaban llenas). Publicidad engañosa. La.piscina esta super sucia ,deberian te rla todo.el.dia filtra do ya que fuimos a.las 15 a la.piscina y el.agua estaba llena de.pelos..y suciedad

Maravilloso, solo fueron detalles en la propiedad como mucha humedad en el area del baño, le reseñe atención al cliente que no le daba 5 estrellas por que faltaron detalles como por ejemplo solo tenia 2 almohadas, no tenia mueble que pudiera poner la ropa sucia en el baño al quitármela no tenia donde poner las maletas, en los laterales de las cama debería haber mesitas con gavetas para poder guardar cosas ahi las que habían no tenían nada de eso, y bien pequeñas. en la bañera no había donde poner pote o algún jabón personal. No había shampoo tampoco en el baño n vi plancha tampoco por lo demás el lugar es bello acogedor y cerca de todo. Me quedaría nuevamente en el lugar y entiendo que le reseñe al administrador del lugar que deben mejor y me indico que estarían trabajando en ellas
