Our room smelled like sewage. Was so so bad, would come in waves even during the night and we couldn’t get rid of the smell. Was a bit dated and could have done with a referb. Location was ok, about 15/20 minute walk to the Santa Cruz area. Generally wouldn’t recommend because of the smell

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were well maintained, though the temperature control was non-existent. I had a window open the entire time we were there.

Two things can be improved: 1. the ability to decide if the room should be cool or warm, as the thermostat was set at hot. 2. Also, the TV lacks an HDMI slot, which would allow tourists to watch programs/films of their own choice.

We had a lovely room on the top floor, with a very large balcony giving views over the city. It's a good location near some excellent tapas bars and near plenty of shops. Everything in Seville is within walking distance. Breakfast is a buffet with a wide selection, including hot food.

The floor in the bathroom was broken, the mirror broke and almost fell on my toddler daughter the ac stopped working in the middle of the night - we had to change the room at 3:00 am. We also extended one additional night here cause the weather in Malanga where we planned to stay was not the best. There is no complimentary water so heads up. Biggest advantage is the location. Staff is generally courteous but mostly appeared helpless to do anything, cannot fix the bathroom or hot water or ac cause maintenance person is not there - the night receptionist was empathetic and offered to change the room.
