Our stay here was overall okay, with a few highlights but also some areas that could use improvement. The location was excellent—very walkable and convenient for exploring Seville—and the balcony was a nice bonus space to relax. The beds were also very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. That said, the apartment and building would benefit from some general upkeep. A few items felt worn or a bit outdated, and refreshing or replacing them would make a big difference in the overall experience. The bathroom in particular had a noticeable musty smell after showering, likely due to limited ventilation. With a bit of attention to maintenance, this could be a really great place to stay, especially given its fantastic location.

Good location, very walkable and not busy or noisy. Very walkable, being one block from the fine arts museum, with many restaurants and shops within five blocks. Access to mass transit is not outstanding. Our two-bedroom apartment was modern, clean, and very comfortable.

Apartment was great value for money and perfect for a long weekend trip. The rooftop pool is great with a big area to chill/subathe. Reception staff were very helpful when checking in and provided us with recommendations. Decent area within walking distance to cathedral and other areas.
