The penthouse is next to the cathedral of Seville and is located in the heart of the city, just 1 minute from the Town Hall Square.

 

It is a charming penthouse with a large terrace, with enough space to be comfortable during your stay. It has an original decoration based on the reddish colours. From its wonderful terrace you will be able to enjoy the emblematic monuments of Seville. It also includes a living room with a sofa and flat screen TV and a kitchen area equipped with a microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker and washing machine. In addition, there is free WiFi.

 

The establishment is perfectly connected with the main points of interest in Seville; it is only a few steps away from the tram and a taxi stop. The apartment is also a 3-minute walk from Sierpes Street, the Real Alcázar de Sevilla, the Triana district and the Alameda.

Excellent location

Great location, in the centrum. Perfect communication with the owner. The property was nice enough however, looks much better in the photos than it really is. The cleanliness of the apartment is not entirely satisfactory. The kitchen is poorly equipped. In the bathroom, either extremely hot or ice-cold water comes from the tap. Overall I would give 3,5 stars, it needs definitely better maintenance.
