Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Overall, we were not impressed with the cleanliness and the quality of the cabin. We have stayed in this area before and had a great experience so we tried again. The bed sheets and covers were dirty, there were bugs in the window seals, the pillows/beddings had smells. It seems like they were not even attempted to be clean. The items supplied were poor quality; paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, etc. During the first night, the smoke alarms went off several times in the middle of the night for no reason. It happened each day we were there. When trying to check in, I was new to the process and called the manager/company. The person on the phone was rude and felt like he did not care about helping at all.
