We arrived at 4:00 after a 3 hour car ride expecting to enter the cabin and use the restroom. The cleaning crew was there and we had to wait over an hour for access. The cabin was beautiful and laid out well for our eight families. But two beds in the basement were broken and impossible for adults to sleep on them. There were no kitchen towels or dishcloths provided. We had to ask for pool towels. The WiFi is scretchy and only worked for 2 hours during our 3-day stay. And the flooring was filthy. My granddaughter had white socks on and an hour after arrival they were solid black on the bottom.
