Spring Break Fun

The property was perfect for the 4 of us! Plenty of activities within minutes yet tucked into the mountains for privacy. The house was it's own fun. Movies every night in the pool! Hot tub in the mornings. Daytime tourism. Hosts were quickly available for any questions we had!

Everything was perfect. From booking to us departing. Quick responses and very friendly. Cabin was very spacious. The pool was a big hit for us. My little one absolutely loved it. We have stayed at many cabins over the years. And this cabin has been the best one hands down. Will definitely rebook.

Nice property. Listing very accurate with pics vs. expectations. Toilet arm broken upon arrival but after phone call the maintenance team came and fixed it within the hour. The only negative comment would be that the gas grill appeared to have had someone previously use it with charcoal inside. It was not usable. I reported but didnt ask for anyone to come fix it during our stay. We would stay here again! We had a great time!

Great cabin, stunning view

We loved this cabin. Amazing view, perfect location near activities. The cabin was clean and the service staff was very friendly and responsive. Only recommendation we have is to turn up the heat on the indoor pool a little. Highly recommend.

Fanatic place

Otter springs pool cabin was everything and more we could have asked for. We didn't spend much time in it but the time we did, it was fantastic. Had a minor issue with a carpet and within 3 hours maintenance was there and it was fixed. Definitely will be getting another cabin next. Thank you for the wonderful cabin. 5 stars all around

Best Experience in the Smokies

We’ve stayed in Pigeon Forge many times and this was by far the best cabin. Extremely clean and looked brand new. Loved the pool and the hot tub. Can’t wait to stay again!
