Guests will have access to the whole cabin except for locked owner's closet in Bedroom #2.

The cabin is a part of the Bear Creek Crossing Resort, a highly desired gated community. As our guest, you have complete access to its amenities:
* Outdoor swimming pool and indoor heated swimming pool
* Mini golf
* Waterfall and scenic walk


HOUSE RULES

* Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. You will be charged for bringing extra guests at $100/guest per night.

* Please remember you are staying in our home, not a hotel. Please be respectful, friendly and treat the property as if your own home. You will be charged for any damaged inventory and/or additional cleaning fees as needed.

* No pets, smoking (of any kind) or parties on the property.

* Quiet time at the resort is from 10pm - 8am.

* No late checkouts allowed unless written text or email approval by host. Additional $150/hr fee will be charged to guest on reservation.

* If any problems arise, I am always available by messaging on the platform and have a local housekeeper who is ready to take immediate action, within reason.

* If there is an emergency, please call 911 as well as contacting me.

* Guests agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents they may incur. Guests agree to waive any claim whatsoever against host for accidents.

* Our cabin is not "child/baby-proofed." All children must be supervised at all times to ensure their safety.

* Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not responsible for items left behind, and forgotten items may not be returned.

GENERAL

* Bears have been spotted near the cabin. Be extra cautious and not to feed the bears and make sure you lock your vehicles, close the bear-proof trash bin completely and not to leave food out.

* We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance in case you would need to cancel your trip outside of the free cancellation window.

* Cabin has fiber optic wifi from Xfinity but since it is in mountains, the internet can be inconsistent, especially with strong wind. You can surf the internet well and can stream live on one device but connecting multiple devices may not work well.

* Limited toiletries are provided.

* Bugs and pests are very common in the mountain. It is quite common for cluster flies and ladybugs to show up in mass at certain times of the year. While the cabin receives monthly pest control, there is still a possibility that guests may see the occasional bugs or spiders. Keeping windows and doors closed as much as possible will limit their entry into the cabin.

* Cabin owners are not responsible for maintenance of resort amenities such as pools and mini golf course.

Very clean cabin with plenty of space and nice amenities. Our kids loved the game room area, just know it is directly above the primary bedroom and you’ll hear everything. Messaged the owner with a question, but never got a response. Enjoyed the stay and would stay here again.

Cabin is in a great location, convenient for all local amenities. Community cabin is located in was very nice and quiet. Enjoyed the views from the wrap around porch. Enjoyed not having neighbors across the road from the cabin- scenic views. Overall cabin was very nice but in need of a deep cleaning. Host was helpful, quick to respond. Had a great family weekend in the Smokies!

Family friendly Cabin is beautiful and has fantastic view from deck on back!! Fully stocked cabin with bathroom and kitchen items. Conveniently located about 8-10 min from main road in Pigeon Forge but in a quiet community. Loved hot tub and game room. Plenty of tvs. Community pool and put- put just a few minutes from cabin. My adult children loved the jacuzzi bathtub. And beds are big firm and comfortable. Definitely would stay again!! Close to Gatlinburg also where I’d highly recommend Crazy Mason milkshakes and close to Dollywood

This owner claimed that damage was done to a ceiling fan that was absolutely not caused by our stay. We did not even occupy that room because our in-laws could not join us last minute. The bogus claim was either caused by the cleaners or completely false photos. The cabin itself was adequate, but had more than a couple annoying issues. Wifi would continuously time-out (even on the firestick they had) making it hard to watch tv or use Ipads for the children. The A/C was also not adequate to cool the upstairs where the bunk beds were as the owner stated not to set it below 70* and with that the upstairs was around 74/75* at night. Location was good and you have access to an outdoor pool that was perfect for the kids. I could normally overlook the cleanliness and dust of a cabin, but this cabin needs a deep cleaning. Overall, the fact that the owner made a completely false damage claim propelled me to write an average review at best about our stay.

Wonderful views and wrap around deck. The host advised a grill but no propane. The host said it has been stolen in the past. Would think you could lock it or store inside. Frustrating when you bring meals to grill and you need to spend 60 to grill it. Beds were very comfortable, good shower pressure. Carpet in both bedrooms needs to be replaced as there are tears. Kids enjoyed the games and pool table upstairs.

Grandkid trip

My husband and I took three of our grandchildren ages, 13,12,10 to Pidgeon Forge for a summer get away. The cabin was PERFECT!!! To say we enjoyed the game room was an understatement…we were busy out and about but always looked forward to getting back to the cabin!!! Very clean and just an overall great place!!! Beautiful views from awesome wrap around porch!!! Would definitely stay here again!!!
