Welcome to Pine Top Views, a new construction 6 bedroom, 6.5 Bath luxury cabin with your own private indoor heated pool, hot tub, movie theater room, and game room. All bedrooms have private full bathrooms and the 4800 sq ft cabin accommodates up to 26 people

- 17 minutes drive to Pigeon Forge
- 25 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg

BEDROOMS

This 3 story home sleeps 26 between 6 bedrooms and a pullout queen sleeper sofa in the theater room. Every bedroom has a private full bath and their is an additional half bath on the theater/game room floor.

- Down another flight to the lower level you'll find the private pool, theater room, and game room along with a half bathroom

The day before your arrival we will message you with check-in details and your personalized keyless front door lock code. No meeting for keys just arrive at the cabin!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Cleanliness is of paramount importance for our guests. The cabin is professionally cleaned before and after each stay and handyman is on call 24/7 should any issue arise.

Hot tub is drained, cleaned and refilled before and after every guest stay

There is parking for 6 cars

High speed Wi-fi is included

In-unit washer/dryer are complementary

Charcoal grill is provided but guests are asked to bring their own charcoal

Towels and linens are provided

Hand soap and toilet paper are provided. Please bring your own toiletries

Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, pots/pans but please bring your own food, condiments, cooking oils, plastic wrap, ziplock bags etc.

Drip Coffee maker is provided but bring your own coffee

The fireplace is shut down April 1 to October 1 as with every cabin in the area.

The hot tub is for your use at your own risk. Must follow posted rules. Absolutely no food or glass in the hot tub.

The Heated Indoor Pool is for use at your own risk. Must follow posted pool rules. Absolutely no food or glass in the pool room

The cabin is equipped with an Exterior Security Camera for Guest Safety and cabin security.

We do NOT offer late check out or early check in.

Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $500 and you will be asked to leave.

Absolutely no fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $500 plus damages.

The cabin was awesome. The owner had great immediate responses and communication. The couch upstairs is broke. The floors were very dirty, we bought a mop to clean the floors because the kids were black and so were everyones feet.The gathering space is limited for a cabin that sleeps 26 people. The Wifi didnt work very well at all whch was needed because there was limited cell service. Not a huge deal to me except we needed to research things to do and book shows. Overall the views were great, cabin worked great for our family.

This house was perfect for our large group! There is so much to do nearby. The national park is not too far. The house has beautiful views and we loved sitting out on the porch. Owners were always helpful and responded quickly with any questions we had. We would highly recommend staying here!

We had an amazing stay! The hosts were extremely attentive and made everything seamless. The house was spotless, very spacious, and perfect for our large group. House was just as pictured. Fit our families perfectly. We had a family of 7 and 2 other families of 6 and 2 additional adults. All the female kids fit in one bunk room and all the male kids in the other, leaving the other rooms as primary suites for the adults. We were very comfortable here. Cabin was cozy and homey. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus. We did use the movie room one night as well for the kids. Lots to do around town and not far from hiking, white water rafting, ATV riding, horseback riding, and downtown Gatlinburg. We even took a trip out to Douglas Lake on our last day and rented a pontoon boat and enjoyed a wonderful lake day. Highly recommend this cabin for your family.

Wonderful Family Vacation

This was a great stay for our group - Parents, five adult children and their spouses, and seven grandsons under the age of five. Bedrooms and baths for all families, awesome pool, beautiful views, close to the national park , Pigeon Forge, mini-golf, Dollywood, and Gatlinburg. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend this property.
