The Resort at Dolly's is a six-suite mountain lodge that books as one property — no sharing with strangers, no negotiating with another family over the game room. It sits between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg on land once farmed by Dolly Parton's father: quiet, private, about 15 minutes from Dollywood, and built for the trip where everyone comes.

Here's what makes it different from every other big lodge in the Smokies. Each of the six suites is a self-contained apartment — its own bedroom, its own full bathroom, its own kitchen, its own washer and dryer, its own balcony. Nobody queues for a shower. Nobody's toddler wakes the whole house. Each family unit gets a door to close and a coffee pot of their own, and then you all meet downstairs at the pool.

★ GETTING THERE ★
The lodge sits in a new subdivision, so GPS may not yet show that Rogers Way and Dollys Drive connect. From Birds Creek Rd, turn onto Catons Chapel Rd, then right on Rogers Way (about 0.6 miles past Dolly's Dr.) into the "For By Grace" subdivision. Follow to the top and turn right onto Dollys Drive — the lodge is immediately on your right.
🚐 The mountain road can be tight and steep in spots: no tour buses or large RVs (15-passenger vans and short buses are fine). 4-wheel drive is recommended for winter visits.

🔑 Easy self check-in with a smart lock — your entry code (the last 4 digits of the phone number used to book) arrives 3 days before check-in. No office stops, no keys to juggle.

🏡 The entire property is reserved exclusively for your group — the suite, the 37-ft indoor pool, the hot tub, the game room, the lounge, the dining room, and every outdoor space.

🔐 The indoor pool area has two access doors, each with its own code and a door alarm. Please keep them closed and locked when not in use, and supervise children closely.

📷 For full transparency: one exterior security camera faces the upper parking lot only (for liability) — there are no cameras anywhere inside the lodge.

🚭 No smoking or vaping — violators are charged a $2,000 cleaning/deodorizing fee and the reservation is ended with no refund
🚫 No pets (service animals only) — unauthorized pets incur a $500 fine + immediate removal with no refund
🌙 Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM — please keep noise to a minimum during these hours
🏊 Follow all posted pool rules; children must be supervised in the pool area and hot tub. No glass by the pool or hot tub
ℹ️ Please note: In accordance with local code requirements, the garage doors are required to remain closed at all times.
🧹 Shared Amenities: Common areas are professionally cleaned once each week. Guests are expected to clean up after themselves and their children, including washing dishes, wiping up spills, and disposing of trash in shared spaces.
🐻 Wildlife is present in the Smoky Mountains — bears, deer, and others may be seen nearby. Secure all trash in the bear-proof bins, don't feed wildlife, and keep a safe distance
