Guest Requirements:
For a secure stay, please note that the booking person must be at least 25 years old and needs to be present during check-in.

No Smoking Policy:
We strictly enforce a No Smoking policy inside the cabin. Violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine.

Quiet Hours:
Kindly observe Quiet Hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am EST to ensure a peaceful environment. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and violation may result in a fine of up to $10,000.

Pet Policy:
For the comfort of all guests and due to allergies, the cabin maintains a pet-free environment. Strict fines will be imposed for any unauthorized pets.

Security Measures:
For your safety, one security camera record movement outside the property. Camera is located at the main entrance and facing the exterior of the cabin.
Thermostats use smart sensors (not cameras) to automatically adjust cabin temperature and save energy.
Additionally, please refrain from bringing guns onto the premises, and fireworks are strictly prohibited.

Rental Agreement:
Travel insurance is always recommended.

Things to Know:
A starter pack is provided, including dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, washing machine detergent, one roll of paper towels, and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. The lodge is equipped with bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths for your comfort.

Outside:
Ample free parking for up to 10 cars, three park-style grills, and four pairs of wildlife-proof garbage bins are provided for your convenience. (Please note that charcoal is not provided.)

Pool:
To keep the pool clean and enjoyable for our guests, we have scheduled cleanings every Tuesday and Friday. During these times, our pool technicians will need access to ensure everything stays in top-notch condition. Your cooperation is appreciated!

The cabin is located on Sleepy Valley Lane, just 0.4 miles from Goose Gap Road. It's important to note that there is a somewhat steep climb to the cabin, and during the rain or snow season, it's advisable to use a 4x4 vehicle for easier access and safety.

The front of the cabin provides ample parking space for approximately 8 to 10 vehicles, all of which can be parked in parallel on a flat surface.
