When you enter this magical cabin, you'll immediately notice the glass windows everywhere, even on the corners of the cabin, inviting you to bring the outdoors in. Suspended high off the ground, the back of the cabin gives you beautiful hillside and tree vistas. Beautiful large kitchen, huge custom live edge dining table, accommodates up to 10 and several bar stools gives you seating for 16 total. There is an outdoor community pool usually open from the end of May to the end of September, weather permitting.

**LOCATION/RESORT**

Brother's Cove is just 19 minutes from Pigeon Forge down Walden's Creek Rd. This is a beautiful gated community offering a seasonal outdoor pool, and a wedding gazebo. If you have questions about having a wedding at Brother's Cove, please let me know. We are just minutes down the road from the Walden's Creek stables for horseback ridin. Easy driving, all paved. Once in our community, you have just one hill to go up (approximately 30 seconds) and you are there. There are NO crazy roads required to get to our cabin, and you do NOT need a 4 wheel drive, just a regular vehicle will do fine. In case of snow (infrequent), the roads in our community will be plowed by the homeowner's association. PLENTY OF PARKING. We have almost the whole road to ourselves located on a cul-de-sac with just one other cabin. 7-10 cars or more can fit.

GAME/THEATER ROOM: We have a very large hi-def, smart 65 inch TV, surround sound, and 10 leather recliners for your movie enjoyment! We offer a ROKU system on the theater TV (and all TV's in the cabin) which offers hundreds of apps where you can sign on to your account and watch all your favorite shows or movies, and lots of free channels too. The living room also has a ROKU system. We also have a game arcade featuring tons of games like Pacman, Frogger, and more, a fooseball table, a full-sized ping pong table, and pool table for lots of fun! Downstairs we offer several board games for hours of family fun.

WIFI: YES, we have good, and fast wifi! YAHOO! We have Roku TV's throughout the cabin, with thousands available apps for you to sign on to with your account!

KITCHEN/DINING: Hillsong Heaven features a brilliant kitchen, with lots of counter space, and seating for 16. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the kitchen utilities you'll need. In addition to basics, like dinnerware, glasses and utensils, you'll find extras like an electric pancake griddle, Keurig machine, french press, waffle maker, coffee grinder, blender, immersion blender, coffee maker, toaster, and much more! The kitchen gives you lots of space featuring a stainless steel refrigerator, with water and ice, newer bosch dishwasher (2018), newer stovetop/oven (2019) (not in photos yet), newer microwave (2017), great lighting, and a warm and inviting atmosphere.

CHRISTMAS CHEER ROOM: Christmas all year round! Offers a king bed, woodburning fireplace, attached full bathroom, plus a big jacuzzi tub in the room, flat screen TV, located on the main level.

DEER RUN ROOM: Features a vaulted ceiling, king canopy bed made from mango wood, woodburning fireplace, attached full bathroom, plus a big jacuzzi tub in the room, flat screen TV, located upstairs.

PAPA BEAR ROOM: Features a vaulted ceiling, mountain and tree views, king canopy bed made from mango wood, woodburning fireplace, attached full bathroom, plus a big jacuzzi tub in the room, flat screen TV, located upstairs.

TREEHOUSE ROOM: Features a vaulted ceiling, views of trees, you feel like you are in a treehouse, king bed, woodburning fireplace, attached full bathroom, plus a big jacuzzi tub, flat screen TV, located upstairs.

CUB BUNK ROOM: Features a custom log queen sized bunk bed (sleeps 4), and a log twin bunk (sleeps 2). There is a flat screen TV and attached full bathroom. This room is located upstairs.

**OUTDOOR** Hillsong Heaven has a large covered deck out back with a 7 person hot tub, table, chairs and rocking chairs. The view is treed with some hillside views in the distance. It's very peaceful and cozy! We offer a CHARCOAL GRILL in front of the cabin. We do not offer a propane grill due to the fire hazard of flames under our covered porch. In the summer the community pool in Brother's Cove is open and offers spectacular views at the top of the resort.

**PARKING** We are at the end of an almost private cauldesac (only one other cabin), so there is a lot of parking available. 7-10 cars/trucks.

**CANCELLATION POLICY** Full refund if cancelled 60 days or more prior to check-in date. For reservations cancelled from 1-59 days prior to check-in date, cleaning fee and damage insurance will be returned, no refund on remainder.

**SECURITY DEPOSIT AUTHORIZATION** On your check-in date, a $300 authorization will be be put on your credit card as a hold. Nothing will be charged to your card unless there are significant damages done. Upon check-out, the authorization will be released 3 days after you leave.
