American Eagle is a spacious, clean, and well-maintained cabin located on a quiet cul-de-sac, offering privacy, easy access, and beautiful mountain views. Designed for families and groups, this 3-bedroom, 3-bath cabin comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests without relying on loft-style sleeping arrangements. With over 2,300 square feet, multiple levels of outdoor space, and thoughtful amenities throughout, it delivers both comfort and convenience.

The private king master suite features mountain views right from the bed, along with a fireplace, jacuzzi tub, and its own balcony. A queen bedroom on the main level and a lower-level bunk room with queen-over-queen beds provide flexible sleeping options. Additional accommodations include 3 futons, a sofa sleeper, and a rollaway bed.

Guests enjoy a hot tub with mountain views, a fully equipped game room with pool table and air hockey, Smart TVs in every room, and fast WiFi throughout the cabin. The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, and the outdoor spaces include multiple decks, a gas griddle, and a picnic area for gathering with lots of outdoor seating on the 2 decks.

One of the standout features of this property is its accessibility. Located just off Highway 411, the cabin offers easy, stress-free driving with no steep or difficult roads. There is ample parking, including space for trailers and motorcycles, making it especially appealing for bike groups and travelers bringing recreational equipment.

American Eagle is pet-friendly with prior approval and a separate pet fee. The property includes a grassy yard and is well-suited for responsible pet owners who follow the provided guidelines.

Inside the cabin, the layout is designed for both connection and privacy. The main level features an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area with a fireplace and wraparound deck access. The upper level is dedicated to the private master suite. The lower level includes the game room, bunk room, full bathroom, and access to the hot tub deck.

Families traveling with young children will appreciate the provided baby gate, high chair, pack-n-play, and pet crate.

Please note that reservations cannot begin or end on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day to allow our cleaning team to spend those holidays with their families.

Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with prior approval and an additional fee of $84.56 per pet. Fees are charged separately. Pets must be up to date on vaccinations and treated for fleas. Guests are responsible for supervising pets at all times, using crates when pets are left unattended, and preventing damage or excessive noise. All pets must be leashed outside, and guests must clean up after them. Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused. Tennessee is a tick-prone area, so proper precautions are recommended. The homeowner is not responsible for illness or injury to pets or guests.

In addition to all of these features, your stay includes one free attraction ticket per day, per attraction. Options may include Dollywood, dinner shows, ziplining, rafting, mountain coasters, museums, and more, with availability varying by season.
