The condo and the property was nice.The only negative was our porch faced the road and the traffic noise was too loud to really sit and relax.

Wyndham not keeping up the amenities well.

Absolutely great location in the middle of everything. I will not ever go during this time of year ever again one of the busiest times you can go. Before Christmas and after Christmas and not until January 7th they are absolutely crowded all around. It's best to go to this area early November before Thanksgiving or after January 8th. Wyndham properties are always kept up usually. However the pool heater wasn't working in one of the pools outside. The main jacuzzi didn't have any Jets. It took them 2 days to get one jacuzzi outside Elkmont to start working all they had to do was turn on the Jets. The indoor jacuzzi that worked was always crowded and it was very small. I do recommend using their activities they have throughout the week especially when traffic is bad up here. We participated in a few of the activities and they were very good something you don't find at the typical Holiday Inn experience. VRBO was totally correct on the property on how they described it nice size rooms but be sure you get a room you really want don't settle for less. This is not a motel so you can be picky here. I was not picky enough and I paid the price the first couple of nights because of that. I will just say this the walls here are very thin make sure if your noise sensitive to get an upper room. Don't settle for less they tend to try to book you for a room quickly when you come in. Check out your room you can get another room if you don't like the one you have. Nice property overall.
