The heart of the home is a gourmet chefís kitchen, fully equipped with Miele and Sub-Zero appliances, custom cabinetry, a wine bar, and elegant quartz countertops. The adjacent oceanfront dining area comfortably seats 8-10 guests with mesmerizing views. For a more indulgent affair, arrange for a private chef to prepare a gourmet dinner or a champagne brunch, curated through our dedicated concierge service.
The four ensuite bedrooms are designed with resort-inspired luxury in mind featuring crisp whites, natural stone textures, and warm timber finishes.

Bedroom 1: primary suite, king bed, oceanfront views, television, walk-out access to the ocean balcony, walk-in closet, small room safe, ensuite with dual vanity, soaking bathtub, and double shower.
Bedroom 2: king bed, ocean views, television, closet, ensuite with shower.
Bedroom 3: queen bed, large balcony, television, closet, ensuite with shower.
Bedroom 4: queen bed, large balcony, television, closet, ensuite with shower bath.
Traveling families can request complimentary Pack 'n Plays, high chairs, and other amenities to enhance their stay.
Light housekeeping is provided on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (non-holidays) to ensure an effortless five-star stay. Premium linens, toiletries, bathrobes, plus bath and beach towels are all provided.
Aquaís amenities extend beyond the residence. The communal infinity pool with a tanning ledge offers a serene place to unwind, while the beachfront below provides a tropical escape. For barefoot water entry, guests can venture up the beach to The Grandview or Sunset Cove.
Private fishing and snorkel charters can also be arranged, departing directly from Aquaís private cove.
Guests will be assigned two private parking spaces in Aqua's garage with direct access via a keyed elevator. Aqua is a non-smoking property, ensuring a fresh, clean environment for all guests.

Christmas & New Year's are split into two rental periods. Please inquire about your travel dates before booking.
Check-in is 4:00 p.m.
Check-out is at 10:00 a.m.
All units are non-smoking.
No pets are allowed on the property.
No parties, weddings, or events are permitted without written approval from the property manager.
We ask all guests to be considerate when enjoying the pool and outdoor areas by keeping the noise to a minimum.
*** BEACH NOTES ***
Aqua is located at the southern end of Seven Mile Beach and enjoys a wide barefoot beach in front of the building and infinity pool. The beach here is protected by a natural limestone cove. Guests can enjoy barefoot walks south for about half a mile.
Barefoot water entry may be enjoyed next door at the Grandview Condos or Sunset Cove, the neighboring properties north along Seven Mile Beach. The Crown owns all beaches on Grand Cayman, up to the high water mark, meaning they are public property.

Taxi service is reliable along Seven Mile Beach but can run expensive if you are the exploring type. Plus, there is no Uber or Lyft on the island. A rental car is recommended if you plan on venturing beyond Seven Mile Beach.
For rental cars, we recommend Avis, Marshalls, or Budget Cayman.
