Seven Lakes Road accommodation with hot tub in room

Lovely room with an amazing view! Food was very good and our stay was excellent value for money.

Nossa estadia foi espetacular. Desde a chegada fomos muito bem recebidos pela equipe do hotel e o atendimento foi primoroso em todos os momentos. As instalações são maravilhosas, ambientes muito bonitos e confortáveis. Recebemos uma bela surpresa no quarto por estarmos em viagem de lua de mel, a qual lembraremos para sempre. O hotel é maravilhoso, recomendo em todos os sentidos.

The setting is glorious, nestled in the woods on a lake. The staff was friendly and eager to please. Understaffed in the restaurant. Had to wait quite a while each morning for breakfast items to be replenished. The poor employee was doing as much as she could on her own. No WiFi in the basement where the gym is, so couldn’t use my Peloton app to work out with the hotel’s gym equipment. It’s a classy hotel; I was surprised they didn’t have a booster so we could get WiFi down there. Kayaking available right from the hotel! What a plus! Unfortunately no single kayaks which is what I like, just two doubles. There was a lot of condensation on the window in the room which created small pools of water on the window sill and we had to wipe the windows down to be able to see the gorgeous view. In spite of the problems, and clearly improvements are needed, we enjoyed every minute of our stay!
