Beautiful property - Great host

My son and I very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The host was very communicative. He was able to quickly and remotely correct one minor issue. Clément, who has an art studio on the ground floor, was a great on-site help. Be sure to ask for a tour of his studio. He's happy to show off his excellent work. The location was good. It was easy to walk to all the good areas.

Wir hatten einen absolut wundervollen Aufenthalt in Roberts Apartment in SĂšte. Die Wohnung war einfach perfekt – sauber, gemĂŒtlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die AuthentizitĂ€t der Einrichtung hat uns besonders gut gefallen, sie strahlt eine warme und einladende AtmosphĂ€re aus, die unseren Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht hat. Der KĂŒnstler Clement im Erdgeschoss ist ein Ă€ußerst freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Nachbar, der immer zur VerfĂŒgung stand, wenn wir Fragen oder Anliegen hatten. Seine Herzlichkeit und Offenheit haben unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gestaltet. Die Lage des Apartments ist unschlagbar. Direkt an den Quais gelegen, bietet es nicht nur eine wunderschöne Aussicht, sondern auch unmittelbare NĂ€he zu zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und CafĂ©s. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es in der Wohnung angenehm ruhig, was uns nach einem Tag voller Erkundungen und AktivitĂ€ten die perfekte Erholung ermöglichte. Das kostenlose Parken am Quai war ein weiterer großer Vorteil. Wir konnten unser Auto sicher abstellen und hatten gleichzeitig die Möglichkeit, SĂšte und die umliegende Region bequem zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden. Die Stadt bietet eine FĂŒlle von Freizeitmöglichkeiten und kulturellen Angeboten – von wunderschönen StrĂ€nden und charmanten MĂ€rkten bis hin zu historischen SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten und lebendigen Festivals. Il n’y a rien Ă  redire . Le duplex Ă©tait Ă  la hauteur de nos attentes. Local pour nos vĂ©los . Un accueil trĂšs sympathique par ClĂ©ment. Endroit trĂšs calme et proche du centre sans les dĂ©sagrĂ©ments de la ville. On a rĂ©ussi Ă  tenir une tempĂ©rature idĂ©ale, avec la fenĂȘtre de la chambre du bas et les ventilateurs. Les photos sont en-dessous de la réalité : l'appartement proposé est trÚs beau, confortable et trÚs bien aménagé. Tout y est parfait avec, en prime, la proximité des quais et du pont du Tivoli. Mention spéciale pour Clément, voisin et peintre du rez-de-chaussée qui a su nous faire partager sa passion. En résumé, si de nouvelles vacances sont prévues sur SÚte, je n'hésiterai pas à revenir à cette adresse !
