Good value for money location, rooms were clean, basic facilities but adequate for a short ski holiday. Friendly staff, good bar with snacks and breakfast options and a shop with all the basics. Great views from the balcony of the resort and mountains.

Overall happy with the stay. Initial absence of basic cleaning products (doesn't make sense for each guest to buy new every time, if only staying for a few days) but spoke to reception and they provided products for us to use (thanks). Rooms are not big, but we spent most of the time out on the slopes and in town so didn't matter. Warm and clean in the apartment. Small town so everywhere is walkable. Staff at reception, bar and entertainment team were all very friendly and helpful.

Worked brilliantly for us

This is the second time we have stayed here. It is a walk to the lifts but with the ski deposit and lockers next to the slopes we found this perfect as we could meander back via the shops and coffee stops after a long day on the slopes. Free table tennis and other bits going on but we actually loved just chilling in our room. Really great resort.

Good self catering accommodation - value for money

Excellent budget accommodation. Clean and well provided for basic self-catering - cooker, pots, pans, crockery etc. No oven or grill though. Good shower room with bidet and lots of toels provided. Comfortable beds and the settee conversion was comfortable and easy to covert each mornign and evening. Wi-fi in the lobby area but ot in the room.

Breakfast buffet and evening meal were very ample though we did not ski enough to burn off the calories. staff were very friendly and although decor a bit dated it was very comfortabel and excelent value.

Vi hade bil och det tycker vi behövs Àven om det inte Àr mer Àn 10 min gÄngvÀg till affÀrer och lift. Det Àr under vintern ÀndÄ rÀtt mörkt och smala vÀgar nÀr man ska gÄ till affÀrer och restauranger.

Very friendly staff, clean and cosy apartement - with sun sided terrace and view over the whole of sestriere and beyond. Parking lot is a bit small (but you could park also outside), for the rest perfect stay for ski-ing and walking. If we ever go back it will be palace 2 again.

SĂ©jour parfait - une vue magnifique depuis les appartements. Appartements pratiques et spacieux. Un accueil exemplaire, trĂšs bonne organisation (possibilitĂ© d’achat des forfaits sur place et des cours de ski). Une petite supĂ©rette bien achalandĂ©e avec des produits frais et pas plus chers que dans le reste de la station. L’hĂŽtel n’est pas directement sur les pistes mais de nombreuses solutions sont disponibles : navettes, stockage des skis et des chaussures sur les pistes
 et le trajet Ă  pieds est rapide et agrĂ©able.
