Perfect Home Away from Home
So glad we found this gem in Sestri Levante. Carlo and Nina were superb hosts and we couldn’t thank them enough for their hospitality and thoughtfulness, including a dog cushion and bowl for our big furry one. Grazie miele Carlo e Nina! We will definitely be back.

Amazing apartment perched high above the sea!
Carlo, Nina and Sophie were amazing hosts! The apartment is fantastic, and the veranda is even more so. I LOVED my time at this home. I would absolutely recommend it if your travels take you to Sestri Levante or the surrounding area. I hope to return at some point and would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful property with an ideal location to explore
Just had the most wonderful week in this lovely house overlooking the sea - and as stated is nestled in the olive groves in a quiet location, just a few minutes away from the great town of Sestri Levante. Carlos and his family were ideal hosts - on hand if we needed anything but kept their distance and gave us privacy. The house is beautiful and well equipped with all we needed for our stay. overall a wonderful place which we will definitely consider coming back to in the future. Thank you to Carlos and family xx

Op en top vakantieadres
Het huis van Carlo en Nina was echt van alle gemakken voorzien, alles wat nodig is was voorradig ( van olie,azijn koffie etc) en brandschoon ! Er was gezorgd voor een lekker flesje wijn bij aankomst en eten om de eerste dag niet naar de supermarkt te moeten. Het grote terras met zitjes, ligbedden, eettafel , bbq was prachtig en het uitzicht geweldig! Ook voor ons hondje stond van alles klaar, waterbak en een lekker ligkussen! Nina en Carlo zijn twee hele lieve mensen die boven het appartement wonen maar je hebt toch alle privacy! Wij komen zeker terug Heleen en Eric

Bellissima casa in posizione panoramica.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Toller Blick auf Sestri Levante, die Umgebung und das Meer. Die Terasse ist groß und mit Liegestühlen, einer Sitzecke sowie einem überdachten Esstisch ausgestattet. Carlo und Nina waren sehr freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt genossen.

Magnifica estancia en casa de Carlo y Nina
La casa es fantástica, muy equipada con todo lo necesario, muy cómoda y muy funcional. La terraza tiene unas vistas inolvidables. Es muy amplia, enorme, con mucho mobiliario de jardín. Comodísima. Carlo y Nina son muy amables y dispuestos simpre a ayudar. La comunicación ha sido perfecta desd el primer momento y durante toda la estancia. Muy recomendable.

Un domicile très agréable.
Le logement est vaste et bien équipé: la terrasse, très grande, offre un coup d'oeil magnifique sur Sestri et la mer. Nous y avons pris nos repas du soir en toute quiétude. L'hôte est un homme très disponible et charmant. La communication était parfois laborieuse ( peu d'anglais et de français) mais l'humour compensait souvent la difficulté. Nous recommandons. P.S. Les maringouins s'invitent régulièrement au soleil couchant: même s'ils sont plus petits que leurs cousins québécois ( on les entend à peine ), ils sont tout aussi affamés: heureusement, notre hôte nous a fourni l'équipement nécessaire pour les chasser.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in toller Lage
Sehr charmante, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Wohnung. Herausragender Ausblick auf Sestri Levante, die Hügel und das Meer von der riesigen Terrasse mit Liegestühlen Und überdachtem Esstisch. Vollständig ausgestattet: es gab sogar ein Verlängerunskabel, um auf der Terrasse arbeiten zu können (Workation). Wir habe beide gearbeitet und das WLAN hat 2 Videokonferenzen parallel verkraftet. Mobile Empfang auch jederzeit möglich für Hotspot. Carlo und seine Frau sind überaus freundlich und waren jederzeit für unsere Fragen ansprechbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!
