A great company

My GoPro was lost there and they found it and then delivered it to Etosha Safari Lodge, another hotel of the same company, where we stayed a few days later. This tells a lot positively about this company. On this trip we only used Gondwana hotels and services. The company didn’t disappoint us. I highly recommend Gondwana.

Nous avons adorĂ© notre sĂ©jour dans cet Ă©tablissement spacieux et trĂšs qualitatif. La piscine n’est pas chauffĂ©e, il faut le savoir, et la wifi n’arrive que difficilement dans les chambres - ca n’est un problĂšme que quand on a passĂ© de nombreuses heures sur des routes sur lesquelles il n’y a dĂ©jĂ  pas de rĂ©seau. Seul bĂ©mol de la chambre, la clim beaucoup trop froide Ă  notre arrivĂ©e (16° quand nous sommes arrivĂ©s). Le restaurant est d’excellente qualitĂ© - je recommande le steak de springbok, trĂšs bien grillĂ©, avec sa sauce au vin rouge. Le personnel est adorable, trĂšs arrangeant. Nous avons fait l’expĂ©dition guidĂ©e vers Sossulsvei, qui reprĂ©sente un certain budget (110€ par personne) mais ce fut trĂšs agrĂ©able de dĂ©lĂ©guer la conduite sur cette longue distance, sans parler de Ronny, qui est un guide trĂšs compĂ©tent et sympathique. Nous avons bĂ©nĂ©ficiĂ© de ses connaissances, d’un petit dĂ©jeuner quelques kilomĂštres aprĂšs l’ouverture du parc (cafe, sandwich, pommes et jus de fruit) puis d’un pique nique au dĂ©jeuner une fois sortis du parc (viande froide, salade grecque, petits lĂ©gumes grillĂ©s trĂšs savoureux, Ɠufs durs) dans un lieu d’exception trĂšs bien choisi. Si c’était Ă  refaire, nous le referions sans hĂ©siter une seconde.

Nice place, friendly staff. Good family room. For dinner there were only meat options but the chef was able to prepare fish which was very nice. Also the quota on internet was a bit inconvenient. But a very nice place overall also for families.
