Migjorn Cel is a magnificent 2-storey apartment that enjoys an unbeatable location on the beachfront, a few steps from the sandy beach of Cala Galiota and the pier with regular departures to the island of Cabrera, as well as close to the famous beach of Es Trenc. Accommodating 4 people in 2 spacious rooms, this apartment offers completely new interiors (with every comfort) along with the unique advantage of a truly oceanfront location: you'll feel like you can touch the sea from your balcony! With all the necessary amenities within walking distance, a car isn't essential.

The apartment is located on the first and second floors of a house facing the sea, has its own separate entrance and has been completely renovated in 2019 making extensive use of the latest techniques and accessories. From every room, guests can enjoy the most spectacular views of the Mediterranean and the island of Cabrera in the distance. On the first floor there is a spacious and beautifully equipped living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, along with a magnificent terrace and a toilet. The terrace has an awning to provide shade when necessary, to enjoy long hours of relaxation while admiring the sea. The stairs lead to the upper floor, where there are 2 more bedrooms, both with private bathrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, respectively. The rooms have air conditioning (included in the rental price at fixed times between 14:00 to 16:00 and 20:00 to 08:00).

With a great location, modern interiors and the largest pool in the world just around the corner (yes, the Mediterranean Sea!) It will be the vacation of a lifetime!
