People were flexible and helpful, location very convenient for visiting Lausanne, restaurant next door was excellent. Very good experience! Definitely plan to return.

Pas sérieux du tout. On nous demande de laisser les clés sur le comptoir de la réception (ouverte à tous et sans surveillance) et de ne pas rentrer trop tard au risque de voir la porte fermée. De plus une chambre à été récupéré par l'hôtel un jour avant le départ car la femme de ménage avait "estimée" que nous étions parti. Le nom d'un hôtel avec les règles d'un foyer pour Adolescents...
