The room was spacious and comfortable. Walls have marks and floors looked a bit dirty but overall stay was nice. Nearby subway stations and very close to shopping and convenience stores. The front desk staff was nice. Did laundry and the dryer was not very strong so it took over an hour to dry our load. Overall stay was convenient and satisfying.

I enjoyed staying here as it was close enough to Myeongdong, but still far enough to avpid the craziness. It is at a nice border and very close to both City Hall station, and the City Hall Plaza Hotel where the Airport Limousine bus can take you to and from the airport. The breakfast was a nice add-on as it can be hard to find breakfast optipns early in the morning. The room design is great and the bed is very comfortable. My only feedback is that though the toilet was clean, the toilet seat was slightly coming off due to the hinges, so that should he fixed for safety. The front desk staff was great and I would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, but note that the rooms are only serviced every 3 days. People are always smoking outside the doors, so the lobby unfortunately smells like smoke. The city hall location is very convenient for commuting, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Free luggage storage was also a great option.

To be clear, this hotel is located more on the northwest border of Myeongdong and not right around the shopping street/station. It's about a 15-20 minute walk away. Initially, we wanted to stay in the heart of Myeongdong to be close to the “action.”That would have been a mistake. This place was FAR better. Quietly tucked away from the main street (thus, quieter), you are still surrounded by many eateries and shopping. You’re a 5-minute walk from the City Hall metro stop (1 stop from Seoul Station), Namdaemun Market, and Deoksugung Palace. If you’re so inclined, you can walk 25 minutes up the main road past the statues of King Sejong and Admiral Yi Sun-sin to Gyeongbokgung. Otherwise, there’s a bus stop less than 5 minutes away that will take you directly there. The hotel has very nice service and all the amenities you need for your stay. Staff is very welcoming and spoke good English. The laundry facility was especially helpful. We booked the Family Suite which was just right for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids 10 and under). It has a double bed and a twin. I didn't get to try to the breakfast, but it looked delicious. I'm happy I made the choice to stay here. Would definitely stay again.

I came here alone for a 6 night stay during my stay at Seoul. The room was clean and well decorated. It’s perfect for 1-2 people as the room was a bit small. Some things that I didn’t like: (1) Your room gets cleaned every 3 days unless you request for other days (2) When they clean the room, they do not clean the used cups or refill the tea/coffee (3) You have to go through a little alley street to get to the hotel. It could be quite intimidating if it’s too late into the night as it’s dark. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here as it was reasonably priced and close to places I wanted to go to.
