Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Rooms were always clean. If we ever needed a taxi, they quickly call one and was there within minutes. Staff was wonderful. Would definitely stay again. There was no language barrier either.

We had a lovely time staying at the Westin. Our room was spacious and had the nice view of Hwangudan Altar. Every staff we met were polite and helpful. The beds were comfortable and we slept well every night. Breakfast had lots of varieties and tasted delicious. The location was very good with easy walking distance to many places that we liked to see. We enjoyed using the jacuzzi one afternoon also.
