Cute eclectic room design! The pool is huge, but it was in the adjacent building. It’s a great hotel & the location was very convenient to walk to the Gyeongbokgung Palace. The underground mall is accessible right outside the hotel & walking distance to the Myeong Dong marketplace. The staff was very friendly too!

This is the second time I am staying here at the Plaza. The staff has been super friendly and enjoyed their complimentary bottle of wine and cookies. I highly recommended this hotel to anyone who isliokibf for a good location and superb staff. A big shoutout to the bellman J Yoo who helped carrying my luggages to the shuttle, great service.

Lovely and helpful staff, always accommodating, and very good English from all members of staff. Felt very safe as 2 young ladies. Inside the hotel very quiet and didn’t hear other guests. Will definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at The Plaza Hotel. Very good service, from the valet to check-in desk. They give great thought and care. I appreciate the pool and luggage storage. I enjoy the rooms and will miss automatic curtains and lights. This hotel has a great location, too. It is very close to Lotte Dept. Store, Olive Youngs, and good KBBQ.
