What a delight to be a first-time guest at this 5-Star Property in Jam-sil with a very Paris flair. Although it is large asset with significant Meeting/Convention Space, the hotel design and amazing staff created the warm and comfortable experience as I would expect in a much-smaller, Boutique Hotel. The entire experience was first-rate with special mention to the Fitness Centre that rivals Equinox without the crowds a Club Level that is worth the extra $$$. The management and staff were simply outstanding and catered to every request. The sheer number of staff and service levels were so high that I am concerned about their profitability. If you appreciate Industrial Design and/or the Monocle Design Awards, this property is a must-see. This is my new "go-to" hotel for both Business and Leisure travel.
