Everything is good about this hotel from friendly staff, cleanliness to good location. It’s a generous hotel with a free flow coffee machine at the lobby lounge and supply of hot water for tea too. There is also washing machines and microwave at the lounge for the convenience to travellers even it is rated as 4 star. All are good and highly recommended. Well scented building and we felt good about it.

Great stay. Property is a bit dated and needs a good reno soon. Staff was great at keeping the place clean and tidy. The expedia post had in room washer/dryer, the Royal Suite did not have it. There was two washer/dryer on the main floor in the common area, the one on the right has issue drying.

Booked this hotel last minute for a layover in Seoul. We chose this hotel as it had a pool, but when we got there, they told us that the pool is only open from 12:00-8:00 PM, with the check out time being 11:00 AM. So we would not have access to the pool. AND - they will charge extra if we want to use the pool. The AC unit was not turned on in our room so it was 30°c, if only stays on if there’s a room key in the hole. The area around the hotel was great for food options.
