Great location with great views of the city

We here stayed two nights as it is within walking distance to both Lotte World, and Lotte World Tower. We had a great vuew of the Tower lit up at night, and there are plenty of dining options near by. My only complaints are that the hot water wasn't adequate, and the pillows were extremely flat.

Property is located next to Seokchon lake. Very nice area for walking. Also located next to Lotte Tower, where there is plenty of shopping and dining. Also walkable distance to subway lines. There are also many restaurants near the hotel. Stay was comfortable and quiet. Staff were very helpful with all my needs. Room was nice with heated floors. Bathroom was nice as well. Highly recommended.

Great location. Good sized room. Huge bathroom with full bathtub and separate (good water pressure) shower. Bed was a little hard for me but not unusual in Korea. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Walkable to loads of restaurants,cafes shops and Lotte Mall and Seokchon lakes.

Thank you for such a wonderful stay. The front desk personnel was extremely nice, kind and helpful and friendly. They all speak english as well. The hotel is near many restaurants, convenience stores and the train station is about a 5 mins walk as well. The room was very clean and it's cleaned daily. There is a small refrigerator in the room for your convenience and they also provide free bottled waters in your room. Truly a wonderful, very pleasant stay! Thank you!

The Rosana Hotel is the very definition of personal. Personal service, personal care, and personal courtesy. We suffered an airport luggage fiasco and the staff made calls, coordinated logistics, and our luggage appeared in the lobby within the day of initiated the service. The breakfast is a fair price for a mix of western and Korean staples, good if you have a family and don’t want to fight a commute to start the day. Pro tip: if you reserve the breakfast before 12pm on the prior day, there’s a 2000 KRW discount. The room is efficient and a cocoon of quiet to get rested for the travel plans on the next day. Lastly the response time to address our requests was on par with 5 star resorts.

シャルロッテ劇場に行くために４泊で利用しました。少し離れていますが徒歩５分程です。 前の通りに飲食店があり26時頃まで開いているので観劇後にも利用できます。コンビニも近くに3軒ありました。 スタッフはとても親切で、フロントに常駐していて質問出来るので安心です。 部屋は清潔で床暖房があり、靴を脱いで上がるのでくつろげるし、寒い季節も暖かくエアコンで乾燥しすぎず利用できます。 設備が古いのか上下水の音が時々します。 日本人にもおすすめできる清潔で安心できるホテルです。
