Pros: I enjoyed my stay here for 24 days. Hostess was very good at communicating. The place was decorated very beautifully and the trees blooming for spring were gorgeous. Location was convenient and easy to find. Shopping stores are just a block away. She let me leave my bags in the stairway while room was being cleaned as I was 4 hours early.
Con: no elevator to the third floor, host lives above and you can hear walking all night sometimes at 2am, smell coming from the drains I tried to cover with plastic bags in kitchen sink and bathroom drain but didn’t help, fridge froze all my food, and it would have been nice to have more than one food waste and one trash waste bag as the clear bags can’t be left on the street for pick up.
I heard from the other guests that this is the only apt that has the smell. I didn’t say anything to the hostess because the sewer smell can be typical of some apts and houses in Korea.
