Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room is spacious and clean. The only downside is I needed to extend my room for another 5 hours due to flight delay. Value for money is 3.5 out of 5. For the money we spent, there are lots of other hotels in the same area. I believe we could have done better. Had a better, more comfortable stay at one of the other hotels in walking distance from the Lotte Hotel World. Lotte is showing some age.
