The service was great overall, the room was spacious, clean and amenities were great. The breakfast was also really good, a wide selection from different cuisines. Location is also in the middle of Myeongdong so very convenient and with Lotte Department Mall connected, even more so.

Highly recommend Lotte Hotel Seoul, rooms are spacious, clean & quiet. Staff are amazing, always available to help. Location is great, close to Starbucks, Myeongdong walking street, restaurants and subway station. Definitely will stay there again.

Room was clean, friendly staff. Concierge was not helpful, we were expecting for great recommendations to visit and places eat. We were given a brochure to figure it out instead of helping make calls and reservations. Unacceptable.

The staff were very friendly from check-in all the way to check-out. Everyone spoke English fluently, and were very accommodating throughout the stay. It was an overall great experience.

First time staying at Lotte hotel. It was a wonderful stay. One of the best hotel we’ve stayed in Seoul. The room was so spacious and comfortable. Definitely would recommend this hotel!

Lotte Hotel Seoul is a beautiful property. Everything was great - amazing breakfast buffet. The staff were so efficient and friendly that we were all amazed. This is definitely a 5-star hotel. Only unpleasant surprise I had was that you had to pay to use the sauna.
