Very easy to find, short walk from subway. Modern, stylish, clean and quiet. The neighborhood has many cute cafes, restaurants and shops. I’d stay there again. They also allowed you to leave your luggage for free later pickup on the day you check out so you could enjoy your last day in Seoul if your flight was later in the day. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Beautiful hotel! Staff were very friendly and helpful. However the room we had were not entirely cleaned. For those who have severe dust/feather allergies, please do let the desk know before you arrive, they do use top on the line feather bedding as priority. We did have card issues several times but other than that, the location is great!!

It was near the mosque and many halal food restaurants. We used the local bus and trains to get to many places from the hotel. The staff was always prompt and organized and often cleaned up the room while we were out for breakfast. There were a couple of structural issues with the room: the sink always had some water because of issue with drain. One of the screws came off the hanging TV, making it less stable. We had the gold room. Staff at the front desk and the restaurant were very nice and helpful.

Hotel is located in a great area with tons of restaurant and cafe options. Hotel is also within close proximity of public transportation (subway, bus), which made it easy to visit various places in Seoul. We liked the decor of the hotel. It was clean and I felt extremely safe.

Our stay was overall very good! Only things to complain about is that the air conditioning only turned on when we had a room key inside the room, and even then it didnt work very well. Our room ended up being 80° most nights. Also, BE CAREFUL when getting in the bathtub if someone else showered before you. It is SO slippery and there is no texture or mat on the bottom. I ended up giving my boyfriend the scare of his life when i fell haha. The area is perfect for night life, but be aware that there will be a lot of loud music going on outside in the middle of the night all the way until 5am or so. If you are a light sleeper, maybe look somewhere else. The subway is literally a 5 minute walk away though, so it was super convenient since we were constantly up and doing something in the city during the day. Overall, I'd rate the place a 4 out of 5 and would definitely consider staying here again!

The hotel is a 3 star hotel but it definitely needed to be a minimum of 4 star to be fair. Room is spacious and it was everything that anyone can need and in very good shape.
