Very comfortable hotel

Very comfortable hotel in a great location. Close to most historical sights and public transport. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is good with a choice of set menus, both Korean and western. It does finish a bit early with last orders at 9.30 am. Rooms are beautiful, spacious and have very comfy beds and a complementary minibar. For being right in the middle of Myeongdong, it was reasonably quiet at night (and they provide earplugs if it isn't). It didn't bother me.

We loved being in the middle of Myeongdong during our stay in Seoul. Despite the almost perpetual craziness outside, our 3rd floor room was comfy and quiet. Also, the restaurant is excellent! We enjoyed a Korean breakfast one day, and lunch on another day. Both were beautifully prepared and service was helpful and fun. The only issue with the hotel was not being able to check in early. Our flight was arriving at 3:30 AM so we knew we would be at the Hotel by 5:00 AM. We e-mailed in advance and they replied saying it would depend on availability of the room. Welp, room was available but they still wouldn't let us in...

Taxi struggle to find hotel but got there eventually. Nice hotel rooms, good quality. Common areas ok. Annoying the reception is on the 6th floor with rooms below as spend time in lift going up/down more than needed. Location is good and central. Not the nicest street as full of fast food restaurants but everything is accessible and easy.

Very friendly and helpful staff with hotel literally in the heart of myeongdong shopping area. Hotel is very modern and clean and very close to subway stations. Free daily mini bar replenishments was a surprising feature.
