I liked how our room had a washing machine! Super convenient to be able to wash our clothes so we don't have to pack as much for trips. Hotel is also walkable to the train. Relatively quiet area too, there just happened to be some construction while we were staying here.

I did like the most having washing machine inside our room. Most especially the english speaking receptionists..all the staff on all shifts were all amazing and very helfpul in anyway they can for getting taxi,food recoomendation,directions and more! Highly recommended this hotel quiet neighborhood and close to main shopping district and attractions!will definitely will stay here again in the future!

Some good restaurants nearby. Walkable to transport. Older hotel but shower was strong and beds were comfortable. Rooms were small so no space to pack bags.

Location is more convenient than expected. Beds were comfortable. It's an older hotel, shower configuration was a bit weird. Unfortunately there was also contruction happening next door which caused some noise disruption.

Located across from the park and next new construction going on starting about 8am. The noise is of average city ie. Chicago cacophony. Great maid service , pillows, and front desk assistance abound! Bed- hard as a rock, but I’m loving the convenience to easy breakfast and markets and such!

Location was quite good as it was walking distance to 4 different train stations. Unfortunately, there was construction on the property next door which meant it was quite noisy during the day but this wasn't a major issue for us as we spent most of our day outside. Property was in fair condition, the room was a bit dated and didn't seem to have been cleaned properly (there was hair in the bed). Overall though, it was a great value and had decent public transport connections nearby. I'd also highly recommend PAINT Coffee one street over for breakfast & coffee, it's great!

The staff is very helpful and the rooms are clean and have a washing machine, a/c and heaters. Rooms are cleaned daily and the area is not too crowded. Transport is close to the property.
