I’m so glad I chose this hotel for my visit to Seoul. It was honestly the best decision. ​The room was incredibly clean and well-maintained, which made my stay so comfortable. The staff were nice, but the place and cleanliness was poor. I honestly wanted to leave the first day. I was super excited about the hot tub, but I found hair and the old scrunchie near it. I told him to clean my room twice and it’s like they just moved stuff around didn’t sweep, the shower had a weird rust around it too

The room was dirty. The staff was super super super nice accommodating. There was no hot tub. It was a bathtub. The water didn’t work. It was cold. It was a terrible experience because it was like nine or 10° in Korea at that time. I was excited because in the ad it says Jacuzzi look at the ad and there was no Jacuzzi. It was a bathtub in the room. Disgusting floors was like dusty dustier than dusty anyways it was not a good experience, except for the staff was super nice super super Duper nice but yeah, wrong advertisement. There should be say there’s a tub and the water didn’t work and everything was wrong.

ソウル旅行で利用しましたが、本当に最高の滞在でした. 立地がとにかく便利で、ホテルのすぐ近くに美味しいお店もたくさんあって、毎日ご飯選びに困るくらいでした. しかも地下鉄の駅が目の前なので、どこに行くにもすごく楽で助かりました. 一緒に来た友達も「ここ当たりだね！」って大満足していました. スタッフの皆さんもとても親切で、対応がすごく温かくて安心して過ごせました. またソウルに来るときはぜひ泊まりたいホテルです！
