I can say the cleanliness is need to improve, their shower door not install properly, every time take shower, water will go out from the shower door and then make the bathroom floor become so wet,their breakfast in the restaurant is very good ,lot of choices and tastes good

I checked in on Christmas eve at 11am. I told the front desk that I have 5 members though I booked a 4 person room. The front desk guy sacastically asked "if I am kidding". I am ready for pay for extra pax and we prefer to stay as a family. I think customer service should explain policy politely and not mock at your customer.
