Everything about our stay was exceptional, the staff in particular. Everyone went above and beyond for not just us, but other guests. The staff at this hotel really take pride in what they do and how they serve others. I loved this hotel. It was very spacious for our family of four (two teens). The hotel is located on the far south end of Gangnam but it’s easy to get around via bus and subway. I can’t speak to the on site food but frankly I prefer going out to the local places rather than eat at the hotel. The gym was fine for a vacay workout.

It is well ubicated in central Seoul. The only thing is that in winter time, air conditioned does not work. You have to open the window to get the room cold. The attending staff was very kind, especiatilly Ms. Mia who supported us until we left!! She is a very kind woman!!

Hotel was really nice and clean and located in a great area. There is a 7/11 really close and lots of dining options near by. The hotel buffet was also delicious. I would stay here again! The staff was extremely helpful and polite.
