Stayed 4 nights, room was clean and daily service was great. Lobby staff was friendly, and the connected 7-11 was very convenient. Shower water pressure and temperature in the bathroom was very good. Room was a little cold and toilet was a little hard to flush sometimes. Overall good stay and would revisit as a solo traveler.

The room was extremely small . It is designed for one person .so if you’re big or booked for 2 person it makes it harder to move around in the room especially with big luggage’s , we had no space to put our luggage and less shopping makes it so inconvenient .

Room temperature was not controlled. When asked about getting a temperature controlled room, we were tole either hot room or a cold room. Really? Never accommodated us with the proper room and were stuck in this terrible managed hotel for two weeks. I will be asking for refund.

There is no chair in the room, but only a not so comfortable stool. Requested for a chair to at least able to sit comfortably to read or to do some work but was told only stool is available! There is also no side table by the bed. However location is excellent close to many eateries, shops, metro stations & Namdemun market.

The property feels quite old!! the beds were very hard and uncomfortable, the carpet was worn, and there was a peculiar old smell in the room. On the positive side, the staff were wonderful, very kind and helpful, and the location is excellent, just steps away from shopping and restaurants.

Loved the location. Mere feet from the train station. Airport shuttle pick up across the street. Everything at your door step. Will stay again. Only lost a star because the shower head was at an angle that hit the back of the surround and flooded the bathroom. Elevator was a little slow because the buttons didn't seem to control both elevators, so they weren't efficient at picking up guests between floors enroute depending on the button you chose to push.
