The Grand Mercure is a lovely hotel. This is our second stay here and likely will be our next stay the next time we return to Seoul. Our room was on the 20th floor with beautiful city views. The amenities including in room laundry, full kitchen and sitting area. The front desk and hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when in Seoul.

This is a fabulous hotel in the middle of Seoul Korean. The staff is amazingly helpful. The rooms are wonderful and very comfortable for long stays.

Beautiful hotel, we stayed in the 2-bedroom/2-bathroom suite with full kitchen, washer/dryer, living and dining room. We enjoyed views of the city and Namsan Tower from our rooms. The staff was friendly and very helpful in arranging our transportation to the airport for our departure date. Food was also amazing for in-room dining with traditional Korean cuisine options. Great Hotel! One of the Best in Seoul

Stay was great but after the middle of our stay, it seems like a guest and their baby had an accident in the lobby and it smelled like baby urin / feces for the duration of our stay.
