Super friendly and helpful staff from the front desk, concierge and cleaning crew. Room was clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Special thanks to the concierge as i had a medical issue and she was very helpful in locating an orthopedic clinic for treatment. Saved the trip!

Room dark & outdated, small window, not very sound proof, no actual door on actual bathroom or toilet so not private at all, ok for one person only. Room clean enough however very overpriced for what one expects at that price. Best thing about ENA hotel is staff & location fantastic.

We were on the 21st floor in a suite and caught a cockroach. We were moved across the hall after a lot of debate to see glue traps everywhere. We then caught another cockroach in broad daylight. When we told them they acted surprised but clearly have a major infestation. We checked out and had to pay for another hotel for the remainder of the trip. The hotel is dated and needs a refresh with proper pest control.

The staff were friendly, and they cleaned the room every day, location was great! The insulation and sound prove could be better. We stayed five nights n next to the elevator, we could hear the elevator. If you are a light sleeper like I am, consider more. Laundry was a bit expensive 5,000 won for washing and 5,000 for drying.

This hotel is located in the best place and location in Seoul. Rooms are really big and nice and clean. Air conditioner is great big bathroom and big Manatee in a lot of room with a huge safety box. Everything is great.

The area is very close to everything. Very close to City Hall subway exit 9. Other modes of transport are also handy. Namdaemun market is walking distance. We just took the subway to travel from/to Incheon airport. Just when you come of the hotel, there are many dining options. The hotel itself is clean, our room is being cleaned every day - new slippers and robe, basic supplies like lotion, comb, shampoo and conditioner are provided.

The quality of the hotel is top notch. Beds were very comfortable and bathroom was beautiful. My family recently stayed in two triples. I only wish they had put our rooms on the same floor. The elevator system requires use of your room card to use and being on two different floors was very inconvenient.
