Rooms are equipped with a kitchenette that includes a mini fridge, sink and microwave. However, when I asked housekeeping for plates and utensils they said they didn’t have any?!?! Then I asked can we ask the hotel’s restaurant? The answer was no. Ok, so you expect us to buy place settings and plates for the 3 days that we are here from abroad?? Poor service. Very disappointing.

Great Hotel

I stayed here for a night. Great location. Very close to City Hall subway station and lots of coffee shops, restaurants, convience store and pharmacy very close to the hotel. Room was in excellent condition. I enjoyed using the pool - for not extra charge - which does not seem to be common these days. Most hotels charge quite a lot extra, so that was very nice to have a pool and gym to use included in the cost. I had dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Very enjoyable and reasonably priced. I found all the staff to be kind and helpful. Would certainly stay here again.

Most places we wanted to visit are within walking distance. Dining options are plenty. Housekeeping staff is beyond good. The morning desk staff is awesome but the afternoon ones are a bit lacking in comparison.
