I had an absolutely wonderful stay at ENA Suite Namdaemun. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist me, especially as a first-time tourist in Seoul. Their warm smiles and greetings in the lobby made me feel right at home. The rooms were beautifully kept, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel’s location was the main reason I booked it, and it proved to be perfect for exploring the city. The metro lines are conveniently close, so I never had to walk far to reach any station entrances. Additionally, the nearby markets and shopping areas were a bonus. Outside the hotel, there are several amazing restaurants, perfect for enjoying a nice meal without venturing too far. There are also two convenient stores within a short distance for snacks and drinks. I’m so glad I chose ENA Suite Namdaemun, as it truly made my trip to Seoul easier and more enjoyable. I will definitely be back again.

Nice space for a family of four. Two queen beds and a large washroom with two sinks, tub, shower and W/C. Kitchen had a small fridge and microwave. Nice couch in living room. Very friendly staff. Laundry on site but only two machines for the building. Pool is ok. More for lane swimming than recreation. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and many sites and shopping.

The hotel was conveniently located near bus stops and a subway station for Line 2. It was so easy getting around. There are also many restaurants and cafes nearby. The best thing was the convenience store around the corner, we could buy snacks and load our T-money cards. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We will be staying here again when we return to Seoul.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was comfortable, spacious, and affordable. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the twin beds were actually the size of full beds in the US, which made for a very comfortable sleep. The location is super convenient—plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, a bakery, and drink spots all within walking distance. Overall, it’s a great value and very convenient for travelers!

Nice location. Close to city Hall mrt station. Only issue I had was the air conditioning. It was very hot in my room. Stayed here twice over course of 2 weeks, different rooms but smae issue. the AC needs to be ramped up. Did not cool me down after a hot day out. Lobby was ice cold.

Perfect stay!

The front desk was super helpful. English was not a problem for them. When I needed extra blankets, they were delivered to the room in 5 minutes. The cleaning service was friendly and even though we asked for no service while we were staying, they still checked to se if we needed towels and toilet paper. The only minus was that the temperature of the hot tub was luke warm. But Koreans are very energy friendly. At the end of our stay, they arranged a van for us to get to our hotel in Incheon. They also allowed us to check in early and held our luggage while we shopped. We will stay again next time we are in Seoul!
