Iโ€™ve been fortunate to travel to around 50 countries and stay at about 20 different resorts, but this one truly stole my heart. It is by far the most beautiful place I have ever experienced, both inside and out. From the moment you step into the reception areaโ€”absolutely mind-blowingโ€”you can feel the magic of this resort. Everything is spotless; itโ€™s so clean you could eat off the floors. The staff are exceptionally polite, friendly, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. This resort isnโ€™t just a stayโ€”itโ€™s an unforgettable experience that sets a whole new standard for hospitality. 5 stars not enough for this place!!!

My kid loves it!

It is definitely one of the great resorts in Jeju, especially if you are traveling with kids. They have 6 themed kids' rooms: pirate, hot air balloon, and spaceship. Luckily, we were able to get the pirate room, as my kid wished, with their help. The room condition is nearly brand new, with separate areas for parents and kids, and a spacious patio with waterfalls that made our vacation relaxing. The room service food was great too, though I wish there were more selections and extended availability (itโ€™s only available after 7 pm). The pool is great for kids, with two slides and heated water. During our stay, I was very impressed with a person who worked at the pool desk on 9/9 around 8:30 pm. My daughter fell during the laser show, and she was willing to help, treating my daughter with kindness. She was also very thoughtful, providing a waterproof bandage. The only downsides of this hotel are that the pool opens at 11:00 am, making it hard to enjoy before checkout, and the limited hours for room service. Overall, itโ€™s a great hotel for fun with kids and family.
