Room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. I took our dog out for a pee at 4:30am and the key card reader which was supposed to be operational was not working. So I was unable to reenter. Had to get the gas station attendant to open the door for me.

Misunderstood or Mismanaged

This wasn't our 1st stay at the hotel. However, upon confirming telephonically📱 earlier I advised the clerk that a ground floor room would be preferable, as we have two (2) 🐶 dogs 🐕 and stairs = harder to negotiate with them. In any case, we were disappointed to find that we were assigned a room upstairs AND that there were No Vacancies downstairs for us to be swapped into... Needless to say, it was cumbersome, exhausting and makes me question my loyalty to this establishment.
