beautiful, modern apartment with large terrace / balcony, pool and grill as well as own parking lot and boat place in the port of Lukovo. Bedroom with separate air conditioning. Sheets available. Unforgettable sea views and sunsets. When they are quiet in the morning you see the ibex and the dolphins are often in season in the bay of Lukovo which is at their feet.
Since 2013. Lukovo has 2 restaurants. If you are an early bird you can also buy fresh fish in port.

Wundervoller Ort zur Tiefenentspannung

Wir waren zwei wundervolle Wochen in Lukovo. Unsere gemietete Wohnung ist frisch und sehr geschmackvoll renoviert. Es fehlte an nichts. Der Blick auf das Meer und die Bucht ist atemberaubend und vor allem die Sonnenuntergänge sind ein Traum. Der Pool ist zwar recht klein zum abkühlen aber völlig ausreichend. Mittlerweile gibt es sogar zwei kleine Pools, da wir fünf Tage allein im Objekt waren, konnten wir beide nutzen. Zum Strand/Ort/Bucht geht es ca 200 Treppenstufen runter, bzw. hoch. Gut zu Fuß sollte man sein. Wir hatten zwei SUPs dabei und diese aufgeblasen runter und hoch getragen. Es ist also machbar. Im Ort gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit, weder Bäcker noch kleiner Supermarkt. Dafür eine nette Bar/Konoba direkt am Hafen/Strand bei der man auch leckere Gerichte bekommt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert und freundlich. Alles in allem war es ein perfekter Urlaub und wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort!

Schönste Zeit im Sommer #Urlaub

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in den 16 Tagen in Lukovo, wir wurden sehr nett und herzlich empfangen, tolles Apartment was sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet ist, mit der besten Aussicht von der Terasse, fernab der Menschenmassen ein voller Genuss, eine kleine Konoba wo man es sich'sgut gehen lassen kann wenn man nicht selber kochen möchte....wir können uns einen nächsten Urlaub dort definitiv vorstellen

Es gibt in Lukovo keine Strasse und wenn man anreist bitte vorher über Googel die Anfahrt anschauen.

Es war herrlich ruhig, keine Geschäfte, nur eine einzige Gaststätte, die war gut. Der Blick einzigartig schön. Leider kein Wlan im Haus , nur im Nachbarhaus , es funktionierte nur am Pool. Nicht so angenehm sind die Plastikgläser, obwohl hochwertig schmeckt daraus kein Wein , Bier o.ä.der angezeigte Grill war nicht vorhanden.

Schöne Woche in Lukovo

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Lukovo. Wir wurden überrascht von einem frisch renovierten Appartement. Im Gesamten war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, jedoch waren leider noch einige Renovierungsreste auf dem Fußboden sichtbar. Zudem fehlte eine Lampe auf dem großen Balkon und Handtuchhalter in den Badezimmern. Wir empfanden das Haus als noch nicht ganz fertig renoviert und der Weg dorthin ist etwas abenteuerlich. Der Ausblick ist wunderbar und man kann sich dort sehr gut erholen, da der Ort sehr klein und ruhig ist. Ebenfalls lädt die Umgebung zu zahlreichen Wanderungen ein.

Entspannung pur

Wir verbrachten eine sehr entspannte und erholsame Woche hier in Lukovo. Das Appartment ist sauber, sehr gepflegt, geräumig, die technischen Geräte funktionieren alle. Die Fotos hier auf der Homepage sind nicht geschönt - es ist wirklich so schön hier wie sie es zeigen. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend! Wir konnten sogar einmal 5 Delphine vorbeiziehen sehen. Die Vermieter, Familie Selak, standen uns vor unserem Urlaub für Fragen telefonisch und per Mail zur Verfügung und sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir kommen wieder und freuen uns bereits auf´s nächste Jahr :-)

Ruhe und Erholung pur

Die Wohnung war sauber und nett eingerichtet. Die Ruhe und der Ausblick waren grandios. Das Wasser ist in 5 Minuten erreicht und ist ablolut klar und hervorragend zum Schnorcheln. Die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend und sehr nett. Das kleine Restaurant am Hafen ist auch zu empfehlen. Also wir kommen gerne wieder. Dietmar und Andrea B.

Immer wieder gern!

Das Meer, die Berge... Natur durch und durch! Die Aussichten sind grandios! Da vergisst man den Alltagsstress sofort. Vom Haus aus kann man sofort loslegen zu wandern. Das Meer erreicht man in wenigen Gehminuten. Riesige Terasse, schöner Pool, Grillplatz, getrennte Schlafzimmer ( je mit eigenem Bad), riesiges Wohnzimmer, moderne Einrichtung und Wi-Fi, einfach toll. Alle technischen Einrichtungen funktionierten einwandfrei, einschließlich der 3 Klimaanlagen. Die Betreuer der Wohnung sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Leute. Wir haben schon 5x Urlaub bei der Familie Selak in Lukovo gemacht und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Einfach empfehlenswert!

Ruhe und Erholung pur

Wir haben hier 2 wunderschöne und erholsame Wochen verbracht. Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieter vorort sind sehr aufgeschlossen und zuvorkommend. Wer wirklich Abstand und Ruhe vom Alltag braucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das kleine Restaurant im Hafen ist auch sehr zu empfehlen. Der Ausblick in die Bucht war immer wieder traumhaft. Sehr schönes Apartment in toller Lage mit traumhafter Aussicht! Wer Ruhe und Erholung will, ist hier genau richtig. Alles war sauber und tip top in Ordnung. Alles ist neuwertig und sauber. Das Apartment macht einen schönen, gepflegten Eindruck. Wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden. Die gemütlichen Abende auf der tollen Terasse werden lange in Erinnerung bleiben.( Kein wunder bei der Aussicht ) :-) Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Gerne kommen wir wieder nach Lukovo

Wunderschönes Appartment mit traumhaftem Ausblick und großer Terrasse. Warum dann nur 2 Sterne? Leider wurde die Mängellsiete von Tag zu Tag größer (Glassplitter am Boden, zu wenig Geschirr, extrem knarrende Türen, undichter Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Toilette nicht dicht, ein Bad war unbenutzbar, da kein Geruchsverschluss beim Siphon etc, etc). Das Objekt wird zwar von den Eltern des Vermieters betreut, diese wirkten aber doch überfordert und hatten kein Verständnis für Probleme. Der Vermieter hat sich nach unserem Urlaub zwar telefonisch entschuldigt und versichert, dass die beanstandeten Dinge erledigt werden, doch davon profitieren höchstens die Nachmieter. Unser Urlaub war und bleibt mit einigem Ärger getrübt.

Gerne wieder!

Wir haben Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit gesucht und gefunden. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Aussicht ist von der Terrasse mit angrenzenden Pool war einfach nur unbeschreiblich. Ruhe….dies ist ein ständiger Begleiter während des Aufenthaltes gewesen. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen und würden es sofort (gern auch gleich heute) wieder anmieten! wunderschöne Aussicht

tolles Haus, tolle Aussicht! für jeden zu empfehlen, der absolute Ruhe fernab vom Massentourismus sucht. Sind zwar einige Stufen zu erklimmen, aber dafür hat man hier die beste Aussicht von ganz Lukovo. Das Apartment war sauber und bei der Abrechnung gab es keine Probleme. Ausstattung absolut neuwertig und alle Geräte funktionstüchtig. Wir kommen gerne wieder - und werden dann auch den Griller testen. :-)
