Gorgeous home in Jablanac

At an altitude of 250 meters and in a prime hillside location near the National Park Velebit is this vacation home with an impressive panoramic view over the sea and the islands of Rab, Krk and Pag. The elevated position and the pretty surrounding landscape create the perfect setting for a beautiful and relaxing vacation. The vacation home is practically furnished and all bedrooms are equipped with TV and air conditioning. The first floor is connected to the 1st floor via an external staircase. On the well-kept property you will find a barbecue. Here you can relax and prepare dinner while your children enjoy themselves on the swing or with a round of table tennis. The vacation home has a very nice swimming pool and the sea is only 10 minutes away by car. In the region there are no less than three national parks. Excursions to the islands of Rab or Pag are also recommended.

Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Sanitäranlagen bedürfen einer Überholung. Nichts desto trotz es ist alles funktionell und vorhanden. Die Außenküche und Poolbereich mit super Ausblick auf die Bucht lassen keine Wünsche offen. Leider gibt es in direkter Nähe keinen Zugang zum Meer und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur mit Fahrzeug zu erreichen. Auf alle Fälle sehr ruhig gelegen und ideal zum Entspannen. Der Eigentümer Matheo ist sehr hilfsbereit und kümmert sich um alle Bedürfnisse.

Außen top innnen Flop

Der Außenbereich ist super, bis auf dass der Grill keinen Abzug hatte und den kompletten Bereich einräuchert! Alle anderen Bilder vom Objekt, außer der erste stock, sind fake! Alte betten und alles knartscht! Keinen einzigen duschkopf konnte man aufhängen! Einzelne klos komplett locker! Klobrille nach der ersten Benutzung in der hand gehabt. Beim duschen kam ein Chlor Geruch hoch. Die Außenküche war in Ordnung - man konnte bei wind und Wetter draußen sitzen. Nichts desto trotz ist das Haus nixhr Familien geeignet- eisenstangen ragen aus der Erde, Glasscherben liegen am Boden etc.1 Personal vor Ort nett!
